Indications:
Ecosprin Plus 75 mg is indicated for:

Prevention of myocardial infarction (heart attack)

Prevention of ischemic stroke and transient ischemic attacks

Management of acute coronary syndrome

Prevention of blood clot formation after angioplasty or stent placement

Peripheral arterial disease treatment
Pharmacology:
Ecosprin Plus combines Aspirin, an irreversible cyclooxygenase inhibitor that reduces thromboxane A2 and platelet aggregation, with Clopidogrel, a P2Y12 receptor antagonist that inhibits ADP-mediated platelet activation. This dual antiplatelet therapy effectively prevents thrombus formation.
Dosage:
As prescribed by a registered physician.
Typical dose: One tablet once daily.
Administration:
Take orally with water, preferably after meals to reduce gastrointestinal irritation. Swallow the tablet whole.
Interaction:

Increased bleeding risk with anticoagulants, NSAIDs, SSRIs, and herbal supplements like Ginkgo biloba

Avoid concurrent use with other antiplatelet agents unless directed by a physician

Caution with drugs metabolized by CYP450 enzymes
