Description
Exinil 10 gm Cream, manufactured by ACME Laboratories Ltd., is a topical medication containing 1% econazole nitrate and 0.1% triamcinolone acetonide. It is indicated for the treatment of various inflammatory dermatoses with concurrent fungal infections, such as eczematous mycoses, psoriasis, tinea pedis (athlete’s foot), tinea corporis (ringworm), tinea cruris (jock itch), inflammatory intertrigo, diaper dermatitis, and onychomycosis. The cream should be applied sparingly to the affected area once or twice daily for up to 14 days, or as directed by a physician. Common side effects may include local irritation, itching, and redness. It is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to any of its components and should not be used on tuberculous lesions or viral skin diseases such as herpes simplex or chickenpox. Caution is advised when using this medication in children, as they may be more susceptible to systemic corticosteroid effects
