Salflu 500 Rotacap is a combination inhalation capsule used to manage and prevent symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It contains two active ingredients:

Salmeterol Xinafoate (50 mcg) – a long-acting bronchodilator that helps keep the airways open by relaxing the muscles around them.

Fluticasone Propionate (500 mcg) – a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, swelling, and irritation in the lungs.
Together, these components help improve breathing, reduce the frequency of asthma attacks, and control chronic respiratory conditions in patients requiring dual maintenance therapy. This formulation is intended for regular use and not for immediate relief of breathing difficulty.
