Oxecone-S is a double-strength antacid and antiflatulent oral suspension manufactured by ACME Laboratories Ltd. Each 5 ml contains 400 mg of Aluminium Hydroxide, 400 mg of Magnesium Hydroxide, and 30 mg of Simethicone. This combination effectively neutralizes excess stomach acid and alleviates gas-related discomfort.
