Don-A 15 ml Pediatric Drops is a medication manufactured by ACME Laboratories Ltd., containing 5 mg of Domperidone per ml. Domperidone is a dopamine receptor antagonist that works by enhancing gastrointestinal motility and inhibiting nausea and vomiting. It is commonly used in children to treat conditions such as nausea, vomiting, functional dyspepsia, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and delayed gastric emptying. Don-A Pediatric Drops are typically administered orally, with the recommended dosage being 0.2–0.4 mg per kg of body weight every 4–8 hours, not exceeding a maximum daily dose of 1.2 mg/kg body weight.
