Fast One 1000 mg Tablet is a fast-acting analgesic and antipyretic medication manufactured by ACME Laboratories Ltd.. Each tablet contains 1000 mg of paracetamol, formulated with Actizorb technology, which allows it to dissolve up to five times faster than standard paracetamol tablets. This rapid dissolution enhances the onset of action, providing quick relief from pain and fever. Paracetamol works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins in the brain, thereby reducing pain and lowering fever. It is commonly used to treat conditions such as headaches, toothaches, earaches, body aches, menstrual cramps, and to reduce fever associated with the common cold or influenza. The recommended dosage for adults and children over 12 years is 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours as needed, not exceeding 8 tablets in 24 hours. For children aged 7 to 11 years, the dosage is ½ to 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours as needed, with a maximum of 4 tablets in 24 hours.
