Combo 4 is a topical cream formulated to treat various mixed and complicated skin infections. It combines four active ingredients: clobetasol propionate (0.05%), a potent corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic properties; ofloxacin (0.75%), a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against many gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria; ornidazole (2%), an antimicrobial agent used to treat protozoal infections; and terbinafine (1%), an antifungal that inhibits ergosterol synthesis, disrupting fungal cell membranes. This combination provides comprehensive treatment for conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, candidiasis, trichomoniasis, pruritus vulvae, and genitourinary infections. The cream is typically applied twice daily to the affected area, as directed by a healthcare provider. Common side effects may include skin irritation, burning, or dryness at the application site. It is contraindicated in individuals with hypersensitivity to any of its components and should be used with caution during pregnancy and lactation. For external use only; avoid contact with mucous membranes
