DLP 30MG is indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal conditions such as acid reflux, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), nausea, vomiting, and delayed gastric emptying.
Pharmacology:
This combination contains Domperidone and Levosulpiride (prokinetic agents) which enhance gastric motility, and Pantoprazole (a proton pump inhibitor) which reduces stomach acid production. Together, they relieve symptoms related to acid reflux and improve gastric emptying.
Dosage:
Typically, one tablet once daily or as directed by the physician.
Administration:
Take orally, preferably before meals. Follow the prescribed dosage strictly.
Interaction:
May interact with medications like antacids, digoxin, and certain antifungals. Inform your healthcare provider about all current medications.
Contraindications:
Not recommended in patients with known hypersensitivity to any components, severe liver disease, or certain cardiac conditions.
Side Effects:
Possible side effects include headache, dizziness, dry mouth, diarrhea, or abdominal cramps. Report any severe or persistent symptoms to your doctor.
