Indications:
UNICUS 20 MG is indicated for the treatment of open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension to reduce elevated intraocular pressure and prevent optic nerve damage.

Pharmacology:
Unoprostone Isopropyl is a prostaglandin analog that improves aqueous humor outflow through the trabecular meshwork, lowering intraocular pressure.

Dosage:
Typically, one drop is instilled into the affected eye(s) twice daily or as directed by the ophthalmologist.

Administration:
Wash hands before use. Avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface. Tilt the head back, pull down the lower eyelid, and apply the prescribed drops.

Interaction:
May interact with other ophthalmic medications. Inform your healthcare provider about all eye treatments.

Contraindications:
Not recommended for patients with hypersensitivity to Unoprostone or any component of the formulation.

Side Effects:
Possible side effects include eye irritation, redness, blurred vision, and headache.
