Dosage & Administration:

  • Eye Drops: Instill one drop into the affected eye(s) three times daily for 7 days.

  • Eye Ointment: Apply thinly and evenly to the affected eye(s) three times daily for the first two days, followed by twice daily for the next five days, or as directed by a physician.

  • Intraocular Injection: Administer 0.2–0.4 ml dose prior to ocular surgery via intraocular route. The final dose must be determined by the doctor.

Always follow the dosage prescribed by your healthcare provider.

Interaction:

In vitro studies indicate that Moxigen does not inhibit CYP3A4, CYP2D6, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, or CYP1A2, suggesting it is unlikely to alter the pharmacokinetics of drugs metabolized by these cytochrome P450 isozymes.
