DOMILIN 100 ML syrup is indicated for relief of nausea, vomiting, and gastric motility disorders in patients who prefer or require liquid medication.

Pharmacology:
Domperidone is a dopamine receptor antagonist that increases gastrointestinal motility and accelerates gastric emptying, reducing symptoms of nausea and vomiting.

Dosage:
Usually, 5-10 ml orally three times daily before meals or as directed by the physician.

Administration:
Shake well before use. Measure the prescribed dose using a proper measuring device. Take orally 15-30 minutes before meals.

Interaction:
Possible interactions with drugs like ketoconazole, erythromycin, and CYP3A4 inhibitors. Always inform the healthcare provider about other medications.

Contraindications:
Not recommended for patients with hypersensitivity to domperidone, prolactinoma, or severe liver impairment.
