Indications:
Ologen DS 0.2% Eye Drop is indicated for the treatment of ocular itching associated with allergic conjunctivitis. It is also effective in managing symptoms of vernal keratoconjunctivitis, vernal keratitis, blepharitis, blepharoconjunctivitis, and giant papillary conjunctivitis.
Pharmacology:
Olopatadine is a selective histamine H1-receptor antagonist and mast cell stabilizer. It inhibits the release of histamine from mast cells and blocks histamine-induced effects on human conjunctival epithelial cells, reducing the symptoms of allergic reactions in the eyes.
Dosage:
Adults and Children (above 3 years): Instill one drop in each affected eye twice daily, approximately 6 to 8 hours apart.

Tilt your head back and pull down the lower eyelid to create a small pocket.
Hold the dropper above the eye and squeeze one drop into the pocket.
