Indications:
TOROAID 10 MG is indicated for the treatment of edema associated with congestive heart failure, liver cirrhosis, renal disease, and hypertension.

Pharmacology:
Torsemide is a loop diuretic that inhibits sodium and chloride reabsorption in the thick ascending limb of the loop of Henle in the kidneys, leading to increased urine production and reduced fluid retention.

Dosage:
Typical dose ranges from 5 to 10 mg once daily. Dosage may be adjusted based on patient response and condition severity.

Administration:
Take orally once daily, preferably in the morning with or without food. Follow the dosage instructions provided by your doctor.

Interaction:
May interact with other antihypertensive agents, lithium, NSAIDs, and electrolyte supplements. Inform your physician of all medications you are using.
