Indications:
MIRABEG 50 MG is indicated for managing overactive bladder symptoms including urgency, frequency, and urge urinary incontinence.

Pharmacology:
Mirabegron is a selective beta-3 adrenergic receptor agonist that relaxes the detrusor muscle during bladder filling, increasing bladder capacity and reducing symptoms.

Dosage:
The recommended dose is 50 mg once daily, orally. Dose adjustments may be necessary in renal or hepatic impairment.

Administration:
Take orally with or without food at the same time each day.

Interaction:
May interact with CYP2D6 substrates, digoxin, and certain antihypertensive medications. Inform your doctor about all medicines being taken.

Contraindications:
Severe uncontrolled hypertension, hypersensitivity to mirabegron, end-stage renal disease, and severe liver impairment.

Side Effects:
Common side effects include increased blood pressure, headache, urinary tract infections, nasopharyngitis, and dizziness.
