ROSE 500 MG Capsule is indicated for the treatment of:

Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS)
Benign breast disease & cyclical mastalgia
Lactation support
Atopic, allergic & neurodermatitis
Psoriasis
Hypertension
Rheumatoid arthritis
Thrombosis
Atopic eczema
Dietary aid
Promotes healthy skin, nourishes brittle nails & hair

Pharmacology:
ROSE 500 MG Capsule contains Evening Primrose Oil, which is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is metabolized into dihomo-gamma-linolenic acid (DGLA), a precursor of prostaglandins, which play a role in inflammatory responses. By supplying GLA, ROSE 500 MG Capsule helps maintain normal cellular structures and supports the body's inflammatory pathways.

Dosage:

Atopic & Allergic Dermatitis:
- Adults: 1 capsule twice daily
- Children: 1 capsule once daily
Benign Breast Disease & Mastalgia: 1 capsule 2–3 times daily with or after meals
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS): 1 capsule twice daily, in the morning and night with or after meals
Rheumatoid Arthritis: 1 capsule daily or as directed by the registered physician

Administration:
Take ROSE 500 MG Capsule orally with or after meals. Swallow the capsule whole; do not chew or crush.

Interaction:
Concomitant use with anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents, low molecular weight heparin, and thrombolytic agents may increase the risk of bleeding. Consult your healthcare provider before combining with other medications.

Contraindications:
Previously, ROSE 500 MG Capsule was not recommended for patients diagnosed with schizophrenia. However, recent studies have not shown any clear therapeutic or harmful effects for those with schizophrenia.

Side Effects:
Side effects are rare when taken as directed. In case of overdose, ROSE 500 MG Capsule may cause:

Headache
Indigestion
Nausea
Soft stools

Pregnancy & Lactation:
ROSE 500 MG Capsule is considered safe during pregnancy and lactation. Essential fatty acids like GLA are important components of human breast milk. However, consult your healthcare provider before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
