Tearfresh Liquigel 1% is indicated for the temporary relief of burning, irritation, and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or exposure to wind or sun.
Pharmacology:
Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium is an ocular lubricant that provides long-lasting protection against dryness and irritation of the eyes. It forms a lubricating and hydrating protective shield on the ocular surface, similar to natural tears.
Dosage & Administration:

Adults: Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) 4 times a day or as needed.

Pediatric Use: Not recommended for children under 3 years of age.

Geriatric Use: No overall differences in safety or effectiveness have been observed between elderly and other adult patients.
Interaction:
If several medicines are to be administered to the eye, there should be an interval of at least 5 minutes between each application.
Contraindications:
Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any ingredient of this formulation.
Side Effects:
May include burning, eye irritation or pruritus, visual disturbance, or ocular discharge.
Pregnancy & Lactation:
Safe use during pregnancy and lactation has not been established. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before use.

Storage Conditions:
Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C in a dry place. Protect from light. The bottle is to be closed tightly immediately after use. Keep out of reach of children. Use within 30 days after opening.
