Description
BENOZOL PF 5 ML is a preservative-free eye drop solution used primarily to manage increased intraocular pressure in conditions like open-angle glaucoma and ocular hypertension. It contains Brinzolamide (1%) as the active ingredient, which is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor. Brinzolamide works by reducing the production of aqueous humor in the eye, thereby lowering eye pressure. The preservative-free formulation makes this product ideal for individuals with sensitive eyes or those who require long-term treatment. It is typically applied 2-3 times daily, with one drop in the affected eye. If multiple eye medications are used, a 5-minute gap between them is recommended.
