Insul 30/70 is a premixed insulin injection manufactured by Popular Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Bangladesh. Each milliliter of the suspension contains 100 IU of insulin human (rDNA), comprising 30% regular insulin (soluble insulin) and 70% isophane insulin (NPH insulin). This combination provides both a rapid onset and a prolonged duration of action, making it suitable for managing blood glucose levels in individuals with diabetes mellitus
