Pharmacology:
RAZOSIN contains the active ingredient Prazosin, which is an alpha-1 adrenergic antagonist (alpha blocker). It works by blocking the alpha-1 receptors in blood vessels and the prostate. This causes blood vessels to dilate, reducing blood pressure, and helps relax the muscles around the prostate, improving urine flow.
