Indications:
P DOL 362.5 mg is indicated for the treatment of:
Moderate to severe acute or chronic pain
Post-operative pain
Musculoskeletal pain
Pain associated with injury or trauma
Pharmacology:
Tramadol Hydrochloride: A centrally acting opioid analgesic that binds to μ-opioid receptors and inhibits the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin, altering pain perception.
Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): A non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic that works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the CNS, enhancing the pain-relieving effect of tramadol.
Dosage:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 1 tablet every 6 hours as needed.
Maximum 4 doses per day.
Do not exceed a total daily dose of 8 tablets (equivalent to 300 mg Tramadol and 2600 mg Paracetamol).
Administration:
Administer orally with or without food
Swallow whole with water
Do not crush or chew
Interaction:
May interact with MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, and tricyclic antidepressants
Increased CNS depression with alcohol, sedatives, and other opioids
Risk of serotonin syndrome with serotonergic drugs
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to tramadol, paracetamol, or any excipients
Acute intoxication with alcohol or CNS depressants
Severe respiratory depression
Patients with uncontrolled epilepsy

Seizures
Serotonin syndrome
Liver damage with overdose
Pregnancy & Lactation:
Use only if clearly necessary and prescribed by a physician. Tramadol may cross the placenta and be secreted in breast milk; use is not recommended during lactation.
Precautions & Warnings:
Risk of dependence or abuse with prolonged use
Monitor liver function in long-term use
Avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants during treatment
