Feelnor MR 35 mg is a modified-release tablet containing Trimetazidine Dihydrochloride, used to treat stable angina pectoris (chest pain due to reduced blood flow to the heart). It works by improving the efficiency of heart cells during low oxygen conditions, helping them generate energy more effectively without increasing heart rate or blood pressure. This reduces the frequency and severity of angina attacks and enhances exercise tolerance. It is typically used as an add-on therapy in patients who are not adequately controlled with other antianginal medications.
