Indications:
WINDEL PLUS is indicated for:
Treatment of bronchospasm associated with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
Acute exacerbations of asthma
Combination therapy in patients who require more than a single bronchodilator
Pharmacology:
Salbutamol is a short-acting β2-adrenergic agonist that relaxes bronchial smooth muscle, providing quick relief from bronchospasm.
Ipratropium Bromide is an anticholinergic agent that inhibits vagally mediated reflexes by antagonizing the action of acetylcholine, resulting in bronchodilation.
Together, they offer a synergistic effect for effective bronchodilation.
Dosage & Administration:
Usually 2.5 ml (unit dose vial) is nebulised 3–4 times a day or as prescribed.
Administer via nebuliser with face mask or mouthpiece.

Interaction:

Use cautiously in patients on digitalis glycosides.
Contraindications:
