For pediatric patients over six months of age, dosing is weight-based, with adjustments made according to body weight. It is advised to take the tablet at least one hour before or two hours after meals to enhance absorption. Tridosil is generally well-tolerated, but potential side effects may include gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, and diarrhea.
