Indications:
ANAPRIL 10MG Tablet is indicated for:

Management of hypertension (high blood pressure).

Treatment of angina pectoris (chest pain).

Control of certain types of heart rhythm disorders.

Prevention of migraine headaches.
Pharmacology:
Propranolol is a non-selective beta-blocker that reduces the effects of adrenaline on the heart and blood vessels. This leads to decreased heart rate, reduced myocardial oxygen demand, and lowered blood pressure.
Dosage and Administration:

Hypertension: 10-40 mg taken 2-4 times daily.

Angina: 10-20 mg taken 3-4 times daily.

Migraine prophylaxis: 10-30 mg taken 2-3 times daily.

Take orally with water, before or after meals.

Follow the prescribed schedule and do not stop abruptly without consulting a doctor.

Interaction:

May interact with other antihypertensives, enhancing their effects.

Caution with antidiabetic drugs as it may mask signs of hypoglycemia.
