Indications:
Ostocal 500mg is indicated for calcium deficiency, prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, and support for bone health.
Pharmacology:
Calcium Carbonate supplies essential calcium for bone mineralization; Vitamin D3 facilitates calcium absorption in the gut.
Dosage:
Usually 1-2 tablets daily after meals or as directed by the physician.
Administration:
Oral administration with water, preferably after food to enhance absorption.
Interaction:
May interact with certain antibiotics, bisphosphonates, and corticosteroids. Inform your doctor about all medications.
Contraindications:
Hypercalcemia, hypersensitivity to ingredients, renal calculi.
