ARNIS 50 MG is indicated for:
Management of chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF).
Reducing the risk of cardiovascular mortality and heart failure-related hospitalization.
Improving the efficiency and function of the heart in affected patients.
Pharmacology
ARNIS is a combination of Sacubitril, a neprilysin inhibitor, and Valsartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). This dual-action medication reduces vascular resistance and sodium retention, thereby improving heart function and reducing strain on the cardiovascular system.

May interact with potassium supplements, NSAIDs, and other antihypertensives.
Caution advised when combined with lithium or aliskiren.

Avoid abrupt discontinuation to prevent clinical deterioration.
Use cautiously in individuals with electrolyte imbalances or a history of angioedema.
Therapeutic Class
Antihypertensive and heart failure therapy.
