Indications:
Relief of fever caused by infections or other conditions
Treatment of mild to moderate pain such as headache, muscle pain, toothache, and menstrual cramps
Pharmacology:
Contains paracetamol, which acts centrally to reduce pain and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain. Its fast-acting formula provides quicker symptomatic relief.
Dosage & Administration:
Adults and children over 12 years: 500–1000 mg every 4 to 6 hours as needed
Do not exceed 4 grams in 24 hours
Take with or without food, swallow with water
Interaction:
Alcohol increases risk of liver toxicity
May interact with anticoagulants like warfarin
Avoid combining with other paracetamol-containing drugs
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to paracetamol
Severe liver disease
