Dosage is based on the child’s weight and the severity of the infection.
Typically, 10-15 mg/kg twice daily, as prescribed by a physician.
Administration:
Shake the bottle well before use. Measure the dose using a proper measuring device. Administer after meals to minimize gastrointestinal discomfort.
Interaction:
Avoid simultaneous use with antacids or proton pump inhibitors, as they may reduce the effectiveness of the suspension.
May enhance the effect of anticoagulants, increasing bleeding risk.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to cefuroxime, clavulanic acid, or other cephalosporins.
Not recommended for children with severe liver or kidney dysfunction without medical guidance.

Pediatric antibiotic (Cephalosporin with beta-lactamase inhibitor).
