PG 25MG is indicated for the management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, adjunctive therapy for adult patients with partial onset seizures, and generalized anxiety disorder.
Pharmacology:
Pregabalin binds to the α2-δ subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system, which reduces calcium influx at nerve terminals, thereby decreasing the release of several neurotransmitters and reducing pain transmission.

The usual starting dose is 25-75 mg per day, depending on the condition. The dose may be adjusted by the physician based on patient response.
Administration:
Should be taken orally, with or without food. Swallow the capsule whole with water.

Hypersensitivity to Pregabalin or any of its components.

Common side effects include dizziness, somnolence, dry mouth, edema, blurred vision, weight gain, and difficulty concentrating.
Pregnancy & Lactation:
