Treatment of chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF).
Reducing the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization due to heart failure.
Enhancing heart function and quality of life in heart failure patients.
Pharmacology
ARNIS combines Sacubitril, a neprilysin inhibitor, and Valsartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). This dual mechanism reduces strain on the heart by lowering blood pressure and decreasing sodium retention, improving overall cardiac function.
