Indications:
Prevention of atherosclerotic events (heart attack, stroke)
Prevention of blood clot formation after stent placement

Pharmacology:
Clopidogrel inhibits platelet aggregation by irreversibly blocking the P2Y12 ADP receptor on platelets, thus preventing clot formation.
Dosage:
Common dose: 75 mg once daily orally.
Dose adjustments based on clinical condition and physician advice.
Administration:
Take orally with or without food at the same time each day.
Interaction:
May interact with anticoagulants, NSAIDs, proton pump inhibitors, and other drugs affecting bleeding risk.
Contraindications:
Active pathological bleeding (e.g., peptic ulcer, intracranial hemorrhage)
