Indications:
Ostocal G 1250 mg is indicated for treatment of hypocalcemia, calcium deficiency, muscle cramps, and to support bone and muscle function.
Pharmacology:
Calcium Gluconate replenishes calcium levels in the blood, essential for normal muscle contraction, nerve function, and bone mineralization.
Dosage:
Dosage varies; typically oral tablets taken 1-3 times daily as prescribed by a physician.
Administration:
Oral administration with water; may be taken with or after meals.
Interaction:
May interact with tetracyclines, fluoroquinolones, and certain heart medications. Inform your doctor about all current medications.
Contraindications:
Hypercalcemia, ventricular fibrillation, hypersensitivity to calcium salts.
