Pharmacology:
Tamen XR contains paracetamol in an extended-release formulation that ensures gradual and sustained drug release, maintaining effective blood levels over a longer time for continued pain and fever control.
Dosage & Administration:

Adults and children over 12 years: One tablet every 8-12 hours as prescribed

Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours

Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew the tablet
Interaction:

Increased risk of liver toxicity with alcohol consumption

May potentiate effects of anticoagulants such as warfarin

Avoid co-administration with other paracetamol-containing products
Contraindications:
