Indications:

Prevention of thrombotic cardiovascular events

Post percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) to prevent stent thrombosis

Secondary prevention after myocardial infarction or stroke

Management of acute coronary syndromes
Pharmacology:
Noclog Plus contains Clopidogrel, which irreversibly inhibits platelet aggregation via P2Y12 receptor blockade, and Aspirin, which irreversibly inhibits cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1), reducing thromboxane A2 formation and platelet activation.
Dosage:

Typically, one tablet once daily or as prescribed by the physician.

Adhere strictly to prescribed dose to avoid bleeding risks.
Administration:
Take orally with or without food, preferably at the same time daily.
Interaction:
May interact with other anticoagulants, NSAIDs, proton pump inhibitors, and drugs affecting bleeding and clotting.
Contraindications:

Active bleeding or bleeding disorders

Hypersensitivity to Clopidogrel, Aspirin, or excipients

History of aspirin-induced asthma or allergy

Severe hepatic impairment
Side Effects:

Common: Bleeding, bruising, gastrointestinal discomfort

Precautions & Warnings:
Close monitoring for bleeding, especially before surgery. Use cautiously in patients with bleeding risk.
