Indications:
Corazon 2.5mg Tablet is indicated for the treatment of:

Hypertension (high blood pressure)

Chronic stable angina (chest pain)

Heart failure and other related cardiovascular conditions
Pharmacology:
Bisoprolol, the active ingredient, is a selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker. It reduces heart rate and cardiac output, lowering blood pressure and oxygen demand by the heart.
Dosage and Administration:

Dosage: The typical starting dose is 2.5mg daily, adjusted as per the patient's response.

Administration: Take orally, preferably in the morning, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with water.
Interaction:

May interact with other antihypertensive drugs, increasing their effects.

Avoid concurrent use with calcium channel blockers (e.g., Verapamil) as it may lead to excessive heart rate reduction.

Alcohol consumption may enhance the blood pressure-lowering effect.
Contraindications:

Known hypersensitivity to Bisoprolol or beta-blockers.

Severe asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Cardiogenic shock, bradycardia, or severe heart block.
Side Effects:
