Indications
GASNIL 15ML Drop is indicated for:

Infantile Colic: Relieving gas and bloating in infants.

Bloating and Gas Pain: In children and adults.

Post-Surgical Gas Pain Relief: After abdominal surgery to alleviate gas accumulation.
Pharmacology
Simethicone is an anti-flatulent that works by reducing the surface tension of gas bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract, causing them to combine and be expelled more easily.
Dosage and Administration

Dosage:

Infants: 20mg (0.3ml) 4 times daily after meals or as directed by a physician.

Children: 20-40mg (0.3ml-0.6ml) 4 times daily.

Adults: Dosage as prescribed by a physician.

Administration: Shake well before use. Administer directly or mix with a small amount of water or milk.
