GASTRUM Double Action 200ML Suspension is indicated for:

Heartburn and Indigestion: Relief from acid reflux and digestive discomfort.

Bloating and Gas Pain: Effective in relieving trapped gas and bloating.

Gastric Discomfort: Due to excessive acid or gas accumulation.
Pharmacology

Aluminum Hydroxide: Neutralizes stomach acid and protects the gastric lining.

Magnesium Hydroxide: Provides an antacid effect and prevents constipation.

Simethicone: Reduces surface tension of gas bubbles, allowing easier elimination of gas.
Dosage and Administration

Interaction
