CARDOBIS 2.5 FC Tablet is indicated for:
- Management of hypertension (high blood pressure).
- Chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.
- Prevention of cardiovascular complications, including heart attacks and strokes.

Pharmacology:
Bisoprolol fumarate is a selective beta1-adrenergic receptor blocker. It reduces the workload of the heart by slowing heart rate and decreasing myocardial contractility, leading to better control of blood pressure and heart failure symptoms.

Dosage and Administration:

Hypertension: Start with 2.5-5 mg once daily, adjusted based on clinical response.
Heart Failure: Begin with a lower dose and gradually titrate up under medical supervision.
Administer orally in the morning with or without food.

Interaction:

Concurrent use with other beta-blockers or calcium channel blockers can increase the risk of bradycardia.
NSAIDs may reduce antihypertensive efficacy.
May enhance the hypoglycemic effects of insulin or oral antidiabetic agents.
