Indications:
Treatment of acne vulgaris including comedonal and inflammatory acne. -
Pharmacology:
Adapalene is a synthetic retinoid that modulates skin cell differentiation and keratinization, reducing acne formation and inflammation. -
Dosage:
Apply a thin layer once daily in the evening to affected areas after cleansing. -
Administration:
Topical application on clean, dry skin; avoid contact with eyes, lips, and mucous membranes. -
Interaction:
Avoid use with other topical acne treatments unless advised by a physician due to potential irritation. -
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to Adapalene or any components of the formulation. -
Side Effects:
