Indications:
Devas 100ml is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of productive cough associated with bronchial asthma, bronchitis, and other respiratory tract infections where mucus clearance is needed.

Pharmacology:

Ambroxol: A mucolytic agent that breaks down and thins mucus, making it easier to cough up.
Guaiphenesin: An expectorant that increases respiratory tract fluid to help loosen mucus.
Terbutaline: A β2-agonist that relaxes bronchial muscles, helping to relieve bronchospasm and improve airflow.
This combination works synergistically to relieve cough, reduce mucus, and ease breathing.

Dosage:

Adults: 10 ml 2–3 times daily
Children (6–12 years): 5 ml 2–3 times daily
Or as directed by a registered physician.

Administration:
Take orally using the provided measuring cup. Shake well before use. Preferably taken after meals.

Interaction:
Concurrent use with other β2-agonists, diuretics, or MAO inhibitors may enhance side effects. Use caution with antihypertensive drugs.

Contraindications:
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Should not be used in patients with severe hypertension, cardiac arrhythmias, or hyperthyroidism.

Side Effects:
May cause headache, nausea, tremor, dizziness, increased heart rate, or gastrointestinal discomfort. Rarely, allergic skin reactions may occur.

Pregnancy & Lactation:
Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding only if clearly needed and prescribed by a physician. Safety data in pregnancy are limited.

Precautions & Warnings:
Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, or glaucoma. Do not exceed prescribed dose. Keep out of reach of children.
