Dosage:

For diarrhea: 1 tablet (Loperamide 1 mg + Metronidazole 500 mg) three times a day for 3-5 days or as prescribed by the doctor.

Interaction:

CNS depressants (benzodiazepines, barbiturates, alcohol), which may cause increased sedation.

Alcohol: Causes severe nausea and vomiting (disulfiram-like reaction).
