Indications:

MYGEST 100 is indicated for the treatment and management of various conditions related to progesterone deficiency, such as:

Luteal phase support in assisted reproductive technology (ART) cycles.
Irregular or absent menstruation (amenorrhea).
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
Endometrial protection in hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Prevention of preterm labor in women with a history of recurrent preterm birth.

Pharmacology:

MYGEST 100 contains micronized progesterone, a naturally occurring hormone that plays a crucial role in regulating the menstrual cycle and maintaining pregnancy. It works by promoting the secretory phase of the endometrium, inhibiting uterine contractions, and preparing the uterus for embryo implantation.

Dosage:

For menstrual cycle regulation or hormone therapy: 100 mg to 200 mg daily, taken orally or as prescribed.
For luteal phase support in ART cycles: Typically 200 mg to 400 mg daily, starting after ovulation or as recommended by a fertility specialist.

Administration:
