Indications:
LINAROL 5 MG is indicated for the treatment of endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and other estrogen-dependent conditions. It works by reducing estrogen levels in the body, which helps manage symptoms like pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, and discomfort associated with these conditions.
Pharmacology:
LINAROL 5 MG contains Linarozole, a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). It works by inhibiting the enzyme aromatase, which is responsible for the synthesis of estrogen. By lowering estrogen levels, it helps reduce the growth and proliferation of estrogen-sensitive tissues, including endometrial tissues and fibroids.
Dosage:

Endometriosis: Typically, 5 mg once daily for 3–6 months, as prescribed by the physician.

Uterine Fibroids: 5 mg once daily, depending on the severity of symptoms.
Administration:

Take the tablet orally with or without food.

Swallow the tablet whole, do not chew or crush.
Interaction:
LINAROL may interact with other medications that affect estrogen levels, such as hormonal contraceptives or hormone replacement therapy. It may also interact with anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin) and certain anti-inflammatory medications. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting or stopping any medications.
Contraindications:
