Indications:
TENOBIS 5 MG is prescribed for the management of hypertension and to reduce the risk of cardiovascular events.
Pharmacology:
Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II type 1 receptors, preventing vasoconstriction and aldosterone release, thereby reducing blood pressure.
Dosage:

Typically 5 mg once daily, dosage may vary based on physician’s instructions.
Administration:
Taken orally with or without food, preferably at the same time each day.
Interaction:
May interact with diuretics, potassium supplements, NSAIDs, lithium, and other antihypertensives.
Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to telmisartan or any component of the medicine.
