Indications:
TENOBIS PLUS 5 MG is prescribed for hypertension treatment, especially when monotherapy is insufficient, to reduce blood pressure and cardiovascular risk.
Pharmacology:

Telmisartan: Blocks angiotensin II receptors causing vasodilation and reduced aldosterone secretion.

Hydrochlorothiazide: A thiazide diuretic that promotes sodium and water excretion, reducing blood volume and pressure.
Dosage:

Typically one tablet once daily or as advised by the physician.
Administration:
Take orally with or without food, preferably at the same time each day.
Interaction:
May interact with potassium supplements, lithium, NSAIDs, other antihypertensives, and drugs affecting renal function.
Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to telmisartan, hydrochlorothiazide, or any component.

Anuria, severe renal/hepatic impairment, pregnancy, and lactation.
Side Effects:
Dizziness, hypotension, electrolyte imbalance, increased urination, headache, fatigue.
Pregnancy & Lactation:
Contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Therapeutic Class:
Combination antihypertensive (ARB + thiazide diuretic).
