Pharmacology:
ANGENTA combines Valsartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, and Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker that dilates arteries and reduces heart workload. Together, they effectively lower blood pressure and reduce strain on the heart.
Dosage:

Typically, one tablet once daily or as prescribed by the physician

Dosage may be adjusted based on patient response and tolerance

Do not stop medication abruptly without doctor’s advice
Administration:

Oral administration with or without food

Take at the same time daily for consistent effect

Swallow tablet whole, do not crush or chew
Interaction:

May interact with other antihypertensives, diuretics, lithium, NSAIDs

Potassium supplements or potassium-sparing diuretics may increase risk of hyperkalemia

Side Effects:
