TEMOVATE 10 GM CREAM is indicated for the treatment of inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses, such as eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis.
Pharmacology:
Clobetasol Propionate is a super-potent topical corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, redness, and itching by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators and suppressing cellular response at the application site.
Dosage & Administration:

Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area once or twice daily, as recommended by a healthcare professional.

Limit usage to two consecutive weeks unless directed otherwise.

Avoid covering the area with occlusive dressings unless specifically advised.
Interaction:

Minimal systemic absorption with proper use.

Avoid combining with other topical steroids or treatments for the same area unless prescribed.
Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to Clobetasol Propionate or any excipients in the cream.

Not recommended for use in cases of untreated bacterial, viral, or fungal infections, or for rosacea and acne.
