Indications:
Relief and prevention of bronchospasm in asthma

Maintenance therapy in chronic respiratory diseases
Pharmacology:
PULMOCARE AF contains a bronchodilator (usually a beta-2 agonist) that relaxes bronchial smooth muscles, dilating airways to improve airflow and ease breathing. It acts rapidly to relieve acute bronchospasm.
Dosage & Administration:
Typically, inhale 1-2 puffs every 4-6 hours as needed or as prescribed by physician
Shake the inhaler well before use
Exhale fully, then place mouthpiece in mouth and inhale deeply while pressing the canister
Hold breath for 10 seconds and then exhale slowly
Rinse mouth after use to prevent irritation
Interaction:
Use cautiously with beta-blockers, diuretics, or other cardiovascular drugs
May interact with monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or tricyclic antidepressants
Inform your doctor of all medications you take
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any component of the inhaler
Severe cardiac arrhythmias or uncontrolled hypertension
Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease

Rare: Hypokalemia, paradoxical bronchospasm
