VESTAR MR 35 MG TABLET is indicated for the management of stable angina pectoris as an adjunctive therapy. It helps improve the functional capacity of the heart and reduces symptoms of ischemia.
Pharmacology:
Trimetazidine is a metabolic anti-ischemic agent that improves glucose oxidation and energy metabolism in myocardial cells, enhancing cardiac efficiency and reducing ischemic symptoms without affecting hemodynamics.
Dosage & Administration:

Adults: 35 mg twice daily, taken with meals for better absorption.

Children: Not recommended for pediatric use.

Follow physician advice for duration and dosage adjustment.
Interaction:

No significant interactions reported with other cardiovascular drugs.

Caution advised when combined with CNS depressants or alcohol.
Contraindications:
