Indications:
Renovit Pot Tablet is indicated for:

Polyneuropathy of various origins (e.g., diabetic, alcoholic, toxic neuropathies)

Neuritis and neuralgia

Cervical syndrome and shoulder-arm syndrome

Lumbago and sciatica

Myalgia (muscle pain)

Intercostal neuralgia
-
Herpes zoster (shingles-related nerve pain)

Trigeminal neuralgia

Supportive treatment in facial paresis
Pharmacology:
Renovit contains:
-
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) 100 mg: Converts carbohydrates, fats, and proteins into energy; supports nerve health and heart function.

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) 200 mg: Aids in red blood cell formation, neurotransmitter production, and supports cardiovascular health.

Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 200 mcg: Essential for cell regeneration, red blood cell production, and nerve function.
These vitamins are well absorbed orally, distributed to body tissues, and excess amounts are excreted in urine.
Dosage and Administration:

Adults: 1–3 tablets per day or as advised by a physician.

Contraindications:

Patients on Levodopa therapy.

Hypersensitivity to any component of the tablet.

Cyanocobalamin should not be used in patients with subacute degeneration of the spinal cord.

Not suitable for treating optic neuropathies associated with elevated plasma cyanocobalamin levels.
